Welcome to Nourshio Nest. By accessing or using our app, website, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

🔹 1. Use of Service

Nourshio Nest provides a platform for ordering home-cooked, scheduled-prepared food items from partner chefs.
You must be 18 years or older to place an order.
You agree not to misuse our platform or engage in any unlawful activity.

🔹 2. Orders & Payments

All orders must be prepaid via available payment methods (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking).
COD (Cash on Delivery) may be available for select orders but is subject to limits.
Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Once an order is placed, it will be confirmed via email/SMS/app notification.

🔹 3. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing for a full refund.
Cancellations made later may incur charges as per our Cancellation Policy.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days (or as store credits for COD orders).
No refunds for festive/special orders once preparation has started.

🔹 4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are based on the scheduled delivery date chosen at checkout.
Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or third-party logistics issues; Nourshio Nest is not liable for such delays.
If your order is undelivered due to our fault, you will receive a full refund or re-delivery.

🔹 5. Product Quality

All items are prepared fresh by independent partner chefs following Nourshio Nest’s hygiene and ingredient guidelines.
Since products are food-based, they are non-returnable once delivered.
For damaged or incorrect products, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

🔹 6. User Responsibilities

You must provide accurate delivery details (name, address, phone number).
If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided, refunds will not apply.
Misuse of promotional offers or fraud may lead to account suspension.

🔹 7. Limitation of Liability

Nourshio Nest is a platform connecting customers with home chefs; responsibility for food preparation lies with the respective chefs.
We are not liable for allergic reactions or health issues caused by undisclosed ingredients. Customers must check product details before ordering.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nourshio Nest’s liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

🔹 8. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, content, and trademarks on our app/website belong to Nourshio Nest and cannot be used without prior written consent.

🔹 9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
